Additional information about rental rates.

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% is payable on booking.
• Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, exceptions can be made upon request. Check-in 16:00-18:00. Check out before 10:00
• Prices include water, gas and electricity.
• Extra charge for final cleaning €60, or €50 if less than 6  persons.
• Bed linen and towels are available on request, at extra cost.
• The price is lower for less people if not all bedrooms are occupied. Please ask for details.
