The balance is due 8 weeks before departure. Payment is also accepted by bank transfer (ask for bank details and if any bank charges are incurred, these are to be paid by you). We also require a deposit on arrival of 200 euros (approx £140) which we hold against damage, to be returned to you before your departure subject to a satisfactory inspection. The price is per week for the house . This includes electricity, gas and linen. Bookings are Saturday – Saturday for a minimum stay of one week .
