There will be an initial consultation during which an assessment will establish the nature of the pain and the suitability of the exercise programme. The programme itself is tailored to the client’s postural needs. Provided the client is not going through an acute phase of back ache, he/she will be asked to commit to further 5 sessions, at the end of which the pain will become manageable.

Growing old is inevitable and, if not suffering from any particular ailment, does not require treatment. However, older people have special needs, seldom taken into account by mainstream exercise classes.
Regular physical exercise will ensure a fuller, more satisfying life. It will prevent and slow down deterioration of muscle tone and joint condition, counteracting osteoporosis and the risk of falling.
