Introductory Group Workshops (Saturdays 11am.- 1pm) and Tuesdays from 5pm.)
One-to-one-sessions
(for people who prefer the personal approach or with special needs)
Ad hoc
classes for small groups who cannot attend regular evening classes.
New
starters can be accommodated by on-going enrolment following an
introductory session.
The teaching is
conducted in a relaxed and non competitive manner, respecting the pace of
the individual and encouraging each person to make changes, however small,
in moving and postural habits, which should stay with them for life.
Before joining a class it is advisable to have an introductory session,
during which you will learn how to breathe laterally, relax the body,
engage selected muscles and develop body coordination skills.
Visiting times are flexible and arranged either by phone or e-mail.
Visitor car parking is available.
Aurora is on the Register of Exercise Professionals
(R.E.P.) – the newly introduced UK standard for teaching professionals. Aurora is a level 3 Pilates teacher, membership
R0033354. Members of the Association adhere to a strict Code of Practice
committed to highest teaching standards and professional ethics.
